Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within a week, however, in some cases it may take up to 2 weeks.

Transit Times

Your order should arrive within 3-8 business days from the day it ships. Please note that once a package is shipped, Pencils and Pines is no longer able to control transit times or responsible for delivery dates. Delays may occur as a result of inclement weather or mail service congestion during the delivery process.

Shipping Cost

At this time, we only ship to customers within the USA and Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and shipping address.
